Ingredients:

  • Wilsey Spreadable Mayonnaise - 2 Tbl
  • Cotjia cheese, crumbled - 2 Tbl
  • Talera roll - 1 Each
  • Red onion, rings - 1/4 Oz.
  • Roasted chicken, sliced thin - 5 Oz.
  • Shredded lettuce - 1/2 Cup
  • Tomatoes, sliced - 2 Each
  • Ranchero Ranch - 2 Oz.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the Talera roll in half and spread 1 tbs. of the Wilsey Spreadable Mayonnaise on the top and 1 tbs. of mayonnaise on the bottom pieces of the roll.

  2. Place the shredded lettuce on the bottom part of the roll, proceed with the sliced chicken, then the tomatoes and onions.
  3. Sprinkle the Cotija cheese over the top of the tomatoes and onions. Drizzle the Ranchero Ranch over the top of the tomatoes and the cheese. Lastly close the sandwich with the top bun and cut the sandwich on a diagonal and serve on a plate.

  1. Sauce Craft Taco Sauce - Cup 2
  2. Cilantro, fresh, chopped - Cup 1
  3. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - Cups 3
    Instructions:
  1. Incorporate all the ingredients and combine well with an immersion blender

  2. Pour the completed sauce into a clean container and refrigerate until needed.

Serving Suggestion: in place of the shredded lettuce to make it more upgraded you can use mesculn mix, arugula, shredded romaine.
