Ingredients:

  • Roma tomatoes sliced - 3 Each
  • Ciabatta bun - 1 Each
  • Arugula fresh - 1/4 Oz.
  • Garlic Parmesan sauce, Sauce Craft - 1 Oz.
  • Italian bread crumbs - 1 Oz.
  • Shaved Parmesan cheese - 1/2 Oz.
  • Phase - 1/2 Oz.
  • Boneless chicken breast, 6 oz. - 1 Each

Preparation:

  1. Press the chicken into the bread crumbs and place into the deep fryer. Cook the chicken until the internal temp is 165 degrees and the chicken is golden brown.
  2. Place the 1/2 oz of Phase of the flat top to toast the ciabatta bun until golden brown.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked place onto the bottom bun and place the following on the chicken. Shaved parmesan cheese, Roma tomatoes, arugula and lastly drizzle the garlic parmesan sauce over the arugula.
