Steak and Blue Cheese Arugula Pizza
Make pizza night a special occasion with our steak and blue cheese arugula pizza. The recipe calls for luxury toppings like grilled sirloin, fresh arugula, and blue cheese to transform pizza from simple fast food into fancier fare to please even the most sophisticated palettes.
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough, 10-inch - 1 Each
- Flavored Canola Oil/ LBA (Phase) - 2 Fl. Oz.
- Marinara sauce - 4 Fl. Oz.
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1/2 Cup
- Grilled sirloin, 1/2 "diced - 4 Oz.
- Caramelized onions, prepared - 1/4 Cup
- Blue cheese, crumbles - 1/2 Cup
- Fresh arugula - 1/2 Cup
- Balsamic glaze, drizzle - 2 Tbl
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/4 Cup
Preparation:

Brush the flavored canola oil on the surface of the pizza dough then evenly distribute the marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the following in layers on the pizza, shredded mozzarella, steak, onions, and blue cheese.

Bake in the 500F degree oven until golden brown on the bottom of crust. When the pizza comes out of the oven brush the crust edge with flavored oil. Cut into 8th's and place on a serving plate.

Top the pizza with arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze and finish with grated parmesan cheese to finish.

- Canola Oil / LBA - Cups 4
- Chopped roasted garlic - Cup 1/2

Instructions:
- In a clean bowl mix all the ingredients together and combine well.
- Place the oil in a clean storage container. Make ahead of time and let the flavor steep for 24 hours before use to get the full flavor.
Serving Suggestions: this pizza can be served as a single serving or can be shared. The protein can be changed from beef to chicken or something that is more to your consumers liking.
