The Gator BLT Salad
Ingredients:
- Fried Breaded gator - 3 oz.
- Bacon, chopped - .25 cups
- Cajun Lime Sweet Chili Ranch - 2.5 oz.
- Feta cheese, crumbles - .25 cups
- Tomatoes, diced - .5 cups
- Chopped parsley - 1 tbs.
- Cucumber, diced - .25 cups
- Mixed greens - 3 cups
- Carrots julienne - .25 cups
Preparation:
- Toss all the ingredients together except for the fried gator.
- Fry the battered gator until golden brown and hold warm.
- Place the tossed salad on the serving plate and top with the fried gator.
- Lastly sprinkle the parsley over the entire plate.
