Hot Pastrami Harissa Sandwich

Served on marble rye with hot pastrami and drizzled with spicy harissa dressing, this mouthwatering sandwich is an easy deli recipe that customers can’t resist.
Ingredients:
- Marble rye bread - 2 Slices
- Classic Gourmet RealMayonnaise - 2 tbs.
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 1 tbs.
- Tomatoes, sliced - 2 Slices
- Pastrami, sliced - 6 oz.
- Arugula, cleaned and washed - 1/2 Cup
- Harissa-Toasted Cumin Vinaigrette - 2 oz.
Preparation:
- Place the pastrami in a pan on the stove or flattop to get it hot.
- On the rye bread spread the mayonnaise over both slices. Then place the arugula, Feta cheese and tomatoes.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the tomatoes. Place the warm pastrami over the tomatoes and close the sandwich. Cut the sandwich in a diagonal and place on the serving plate and place the appropriate side item.
