Ingredients:
- Granulated garlic - 3 tbs.
- Caper juice - 2 oz.
- Black pepper, ground - 2 tsp
- Lemon juice - .25 Cup
- Caper, chopped - 3 oz.
- Lemon zest - .5 oz.
- Mixed herbs, fresh and chopped - 3 tbs.
- Salt, kosher - .5 tsp.
- Classic Gourmet Mayonnaise - 1 Quart
