Maple-Pecan Sunglow Compound Butter Blend
Mixing sugary maple with buttery pecans, this quick and easy butter blend brings a delightfully sweet flavor to your baking that’s especially suitable for desserts.
Ingredients:
- Pecans, chopped - .5 Cup
- Sunglow, salted, softened - 1 lb.
- Orange juice, fresh - .25 Cup
- Maple Syrup - 3 oz.
- Cinnamon, ground - 1 tsp.
- Orange Zest - 1 each
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
Preparation:

In the mixing bowl start to mix the Sunglow on a slow speed, then start adding in all of the ingredients.

Ensure the mixture is well blended, scrape the sides down and the bottom of the bowl. Continue to mix until well combine and stop. Place in a clean container and hold in the refrigerator until needed.
Serving Suggestions: Good for breakfast items, toast, chicken and waffles, grilled pork chops, grilled chicken entrees.
