Rosemary-Roasted Garlic Sunglow Compound Butter Blend
This delicious compound butter blend mixes aromatic rosemary and sweet roasted garlic with SunGlow for a savory spread that makes your cooking and baking taste better.
Ingredients:
- SunGlow salted, slightly softened - 1 lb.
- Roasted garlic, chopped - .25 Cup
- Rosemary fresh, chopped - 3-4 tbs.
- Salt, kosher - As needed As needed
Preparation:

Start to soften the SunGlow in the mixer at a slow speed. Add in the remainder of the ingredients except for the salt. Mix just enough to combine. DO NOT OVER MIX!

Add in the salt to enhance the flavor if needed.

Place the completed product in a clean container and hold in the refrigerator until needed.
