Cuban Roast Pork Dip

Marinated in citrusy mojo sauce, Cuban-style roast pork will delight your customers with it tender and juicy texture that’s perfectly accentuated by our meaty and succulent dip.

Ingredients:

  • Talera roll - 1 each
  • Sunglow liquid - 1-1/2 oz.
  • Swiss cheese, Sliced - 2 slice
  • Pickles, Sliced - 3 slice
  • Pork Sliced, roasted - 3 oz.
  • French fries - 5 oz.
  • Spicy mustard - 1 oz.
  • Ham, Sliced - 3 oz.
  • Roasted Herbed Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  • BBQ Au Jus - 3 oz.
  • Roasted Garlic Herb Mayonnaise - 2 oz.

Preparation:

  1. Place the ham and pork slices on the grill to heat.
  2. Once both meats were hot place the roasted tomatoes and Swiss cheese on the meat and melt the cheese on the flat top.

  3. On the roll spread the mustard on the heel, roasted garlic mayonnaise on the crown. Place the meat on the heel and top with the pickle slices. Finish the sandwich by placing the top of the roll to close the sandwich.
  4. On the flat top brush the top of the bun with Liquid Sunglow and flip the sandwich upside down on the flat top brush the heel with Liquid Sunglow and press the sandwich down with a weight to get a golden brown. Flip the sandwich and press the sandwich. Get a good crisp on both sides.
  5. Cut the sandwich on a bias and place on the serving plate along with a cup of BBQ au jus.

  6. Place the French fries on the plate and serve.
