Grilled Chicken, Apples, Baby Spinach and Blue Cheese Salad

An intriguing combination of sweet, savory, and earthy flavors, this easy salad recipe utilizes a broad range of common ingredients to create a filling salad with widespread customer appeal.
Ingredients:
- Hidden Valley® Balsamic Vinaigrette -
- Blue cheese, crumbles - 1/4 Cup
- Julienne carrots - 1/4 Cup
- Caramelized pecans - 1/4 Cup
- Baby spinach - 3 Cups
- Tomatoes, diced - 1/4 Cup
- Apples, diced 1/2" - 1/2 Cup
- Grilled chicken, cut into strips - 6 oz.
Preparation:
- Grill the chicken and cut into strips.
- Toss the spinach with the dressing and toss well and place in the serving bowl.

In the center place all the chicken in a row on one side of the chicken place the following diced tomatoes, apples and 1/2 of the pecans.
- On the other side of the chicken place the carrots, blue cheese, and the other half of the nuts.
Serving Suggestions: This salad can be served as a single serving and also can be served as a sharing-type style salad. Just change the chicken cut to thinner strips or small dice.
