Grilled Shrimp, Kale and Grain Salad

Whole grains and wholesome kale comprise the main ingredients of this nourishing and nutritious recipe. Throw in some grilled shrimp as a tasty treat and you have a healthy salad that’s great for the tastebuds too.
Ingredients:
- Carrot, julienne - 1/4 Cup
- Tomatoes, diced - 1/2 Cup
- Salt and pepper mix - As needed
- Grain, cooked - 1 Cup
- Grilled Skewered shrimp - 1 each
- Cucumber, diced - 1/2 Cup
- Baby Kale - 2 Cups
- Marie's® Creamy Avocado Poblano - 2-1/2 oz.
- Phase® Original Liquid Butter Alternative - 1 oz.
Preparation:

Season the shrimp with the salt and pepper and place on the flat top with the Phase. Cook until it is pink and opaque.
- In a mixing bowl place all of the ingredients and toss well.
- When plating the salad ensure the grains is the bed, then the stack the rest of the ingredients with height.

Place the skewered shrimp leaning on one side of the salad.
