Guajillo & Ancho Chili-BBQ Cream Sauce
Whether slathered on a sandwich or served on the side as a dip, this deliciously hot and creamy ancho chili BBQ sauce helps infuse your cooking with a deeper, smokier flavor that improves every meal you add it to.
Ingredients:
- Phase, LBA - 1/4 Cup
- Chopped garlic - 1/2 Cup
- Lime Juice - 1 Cup
- Cream soup base, prepared - 1 Gallon
- Chili paste - 3 Cups
- Smoke house 220 BBQ Sauce, sweet and spicy - 1 Quart
- Salt and Pepper Mix - To taste
Preparation:

In a saucepan place the Phase and heat. Sauté the garlic until translucent and deglaze with Lime Juice.

Add in the prepared cream soup base, chili paste and BBQ sauce. Allow to cook and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce in a clean storage container and hold in the refrigerator until needed.
