Hot Pastrami Harissa Sandwich

Served on marble rye with hot pastrami and drizzled with spicy harissa dressing, this mouthwatering sandwich is an easy deli recipe that customers can’t resist.  

Ingredients:

  • Marble rye bread - 2 Slices
  • Classic Gourmet RealMayonnaise - 2 tbs.
  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 1 tbs.
  • Tomatoes, sliced - 2 Slices
  • Pastrami, sliced - 6 oz.
  • Arugula, cleaned and washed - 1/2 Cup
  • Harissa-Toasted Cumin Vinaigrette - 2 oz.

Preparation:

  1. Place the pastrami in a pan on the stove or flattop to get it hot.
  2. On the rye bread spread the mayonnaise over both slices. Then place the arugula, Feta cheese and tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the tomatoes. Place the warm pastrami over the tomatoes and close the sandwich. Cut the sandwich in a diagonal and place on the serving plate and place the appropriate side item.
