Lemon-Blueberry Basil Sunglow Butter Blend Frosting

Ingredients:
- Powdered sugar - 1 1/2 Cups
- Lemon zest - 4 Tbl
- Lemon juice, fresh squeezed - 1/2 Cup
- Lemon curd - 1 Cups
- Dried blueberries, hydrated - 1/2 Cups
- Sunglow, ZTF, soften - 2 Lbs.
- Fresh basil, chopped - 1/4 Cups
Preparation:
- In the mixer cream the sunglow on a slow speed. Add in the lemon curd, zest, and dried blueberries.
- Add the lemon juice in slowly so it incorporates into the sunglow.
- Slowly add in the powdered sugar until it is all well incorporated.
- Add the basil in last and combine until it is well blended.
