  • Caper juice - 2 oz.
  • Black pepper, ground - 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - .25 Cup
  • Caper, chopped - 3 oz.
  • Lemon zest - .5 oz.
  • Mixed herbs, fresh and chopped - 3 tbs.
  • Salt, kosher - .5 tsp.
  • Classic Gourmet Mayonnaise - 1 Quart
