Ingredients:

  • Fried Breaded gator - 3 oz.
  • Bacon, chopped - .25 cups
  • Cajun Lime Sweet Chili Ranch - 2.5 oz.
  • Feta cheese, crumbles - .25 cups
  • Tomatoes, diced - .5 cups
  • Chopped parsley - 1 tbs.
  • Cucumber, diced - .25 cups
  • Mixed greens - 3 cups
  • Carrots julienne - .25 cups

Preparation:

  1. Toss all the ingredients together except for the fried gator.
  2. Fry the battered gator until golden brown and hold warm.
  3. Place the tossed salad on the serving plate and top with the fried gator.
  4. Lastly sprinkle the parsley over the entire plate.
