Turkey Gravy

- Turkey base - 4-6 Oz.
- Water or Turkey stock - 1 Gallon
- Salt and pepper - As needed As needed
- Cooked turkey gizzards chopped - 2 Cups
- Cream Soup base - 1 bag
Preparation:
- In a large pot boil water and stir in the turkey base. Ensure It Is all dissolved. Add In the cream soup base following the directions on the back of the bag.
- Whisk the gravy until smooth and let it simmer on the stove for 10 minutes
- Adjust with salt and pepper to obtain proper flavor profile.
