White chocolate Chip/Dried Cranberries Cookie Batter
Sprinkled with white chocolate chips and dried cranberries, this luxuriously sweet batter helps you make soft and delicious cookies worthy of 5-star reviews.
Ingredients:
- Chopped nuts, optional, course - 1 Cup
- Chocolate chips, white - 2 Cups
- Sugar, granulated - 3/4 Cup
- Sunglow, ZTF, slightly softened - 1 Cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 Tsp (s)
- Flour, all purpose - 1 1/4 Cup
- Brown sugar - 3/4 Cups
- Chopped cranberries, dried - 1 1/2 Cups
- Eggs, large - 2 Each
- Baking soda - 2 Tsp (s)
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Only use the Sunglow that is soften to the touch and is pliable. Not too soft not too hard.
- Add in all the ingredients into the mixer and blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated and then stop mixing. Scarpe the bow and place the mix into a clean storage container.
